The Palmera Appartments are loctaed in the small village of Sant Marti d `Empuries, just 5-10 minutes by walk along the beach to the Club Mistral Center. This village was founded in the 16 th century and is today a nice place with some bars and restaurants on the main square, where it is absolutely relaxing to have a drink in the evening-sun.

There are 7 appartments in total. One is the Palmera Penthouse (5), on the top of the house. Up to 8 persons can sleep in this penthouse, it is equipped with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and its excellent view over the whole Bay of Roses. The other appartments accommodate up to 4 persons.

Palmera 1 and 2 are on the ground floor, Palmera 3 and 4 on the first floor. From the terasse you enjoy a beautiful view over the water.They are all equipped with a complete kitchen ( refrigerator, stove, toaster, microwave, coffee-machine), livingroom,bathroom, sat-TV and washing-machine and 2 bedrooms.

The owner of the appartments is also the owner of the Restaurant " Can Coll " at the main square of St Marti d`Empuries.

The Villas Coll are located between the Club Mistral Center and st Marti d `Empuries. There are 9 Villas in this area, just behind the dunes. The acces by car is very good, each Villa has its own garage. The Villas are fully furnished for a maximum of six people: 3 bathrooms, livingroom, bathroom, huge terasse and a kitchen ( stove, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, coffee-machine, washingmachine) and satellite TV and, if required in spring and autumn, a heater.

The houses are surrounded by a garden,which includes a shared barbeque.
This year ( 2006) new is the swimmingpool.

Also for the Villas Coll the reception is in Sant Marti d`Empuries in the Restaurant " Can Coll".

A few meters from the sea there is an old restored windmill that has been recently converted into a charming inn. This quiet place surrounded by applefields and big trees is very peaceful and you find time to relax here. The distance from Club Mistral/Skyriders is about 3,5 km  towards L' Escala.

This beautiful refurnished house has five apartments. All the apartments have a chimney, private bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Everything is very tastefully decorated in a modern, very colourful  country style. The two story building has got two apartments at the ground floor and 3 apartments on the first floor.

The house is surrounded by a huge garden (4 hectare) with  a teek-wood swimming pool, sundeck, sun chairs and umbrellas. On the bottom of the building is very nice restaurant which serves lunch and dinner. There are also bikes available free of charge.

Sheets and towels will be changed after one week. Maid service and babysitting is available any time ( extra charge).

150m to the beach and 400m to the Club Mistral & Skyriders Golf de Roses.

The picturesque  Village Sant Marti d’ Empuries is in a 10 minutes walking distance to have a drink and dinner.

This one – bedroom appartment is designed for 2 persons, but in the living room is a couch/sofa which can be transformed into a bed. (max 4 Persons).

The bathroom has a shower. The fully equipped open kitchen offers oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine. There is Air-condition and cable TV. The nice and big terrace has a beautiful and open view over the fields.

Still many dates in high season available ( 24 th June – 10 th July and 26 th June – 16 th August).
