The Beginner Lessons are held in groups for a maximum of 6 persons.
The Beginner Lessons are on a 2-hour a day basis, usually in the mornings.
If you want an instructor with you 100% of the time, you can also book Private Lessons.
Equipment, wetsuit, etc is included in the lesson price.

The Refresher Training Course is splittet in 2x 2 hours 3x 2 hours or 5x 2 hours. This cours is designed for those who are not a complete Beginner anymore, but still need some lessons before to learn beachstart, harness, etc.
The Beginner Equipment, wetsuits etc are included in the lesson price.

The Advanced Lessons are for those who have an intermediate level or higher. The contents of the lessons with the lowest level are: Beachstart, Harness etc.
You can choose between one lesson of 2 hours, one of 4 hours or the 6-hour course
(2 - 3 consecutive days of 2 hours each).
Please note: the equipment is NOT included in the lesson price!
You can use your own equipment or rent equipment from Club Mistral during your 2- hour session (15 €).
Unlimited Premium
Unlimited Premium-Your Progression has no limits

Unlimited Premium is offered from June- September. There are 2 sessions of 2 hours offered daily. You can take part in all the sessions during the 5 or 10 days.
The 5 days can be split over one week.
The 10 days can be split over 2 weeks.
The instructors use the help of our video camera, GPS and HEADZONE radio-helmets
Please Note: the equipment is not included in the lesson price. You can rent boards and sails from Club Mistral or use your own. Rental price per 2 hour session is 15€.
